Items subtotalling $100 will receive Free Shipping!

2-3 day processing time, and tracking is included for all orders.

Projected Canadian shipping time is 5-7 business days excluding holidays unless stated otherwise.

Projected U.S. shipping time is 5-7 business days excluding holidays unless stated otherwise.

Shipment outside of Canada may be subjected to customs and duties taxes, which is out of our control.

Once the package has left Princess Luxy, and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors, or other unforeseen shipping courier related delays. Princess Luxy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after it has shipped.

If there are any problems within 24 hours of when your item(s) have been delivered, please email us immediately at sales@princessluxy.com with pictures, your order number, information and details about the error. We want to make sure any issues you have are resolved immediately.

  

Returns and Exchanges

All items are FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS.

We will happily accept exchanges within 2 days of receiving your item on the same product, if your size is in stock (accessories are not included). If the item is defective or you have received the wrong item, please contact within 24 hours of receiving your product so we can resolve the issue.

Merchandise purchased from the SALE section, are FINAL SALE.
